The Kaizen Townhall global event series is an annual employee experience that is proudly recognized and awarded as “Best Event Series & Brand Consistency” since 2020.
For its 2021 Hybrid edition we were challenged by Kaizen team to continue its legacy and success. And this is what we did. We designed, with our client, and delivered the most immersive, vivid hybrid experience surpassing last year’s participation and engagement results.
Inspired by Kaizen’s values, we put in our creative concept by putting people first. #oneteam Kaizen was our key theme with selected Kaizeners from all 8 countries to be involved in the design and delivery of the event. They took the presenters’ role, they trained & rehearsed the live flow and succeeded to connect to each other and with their 1000 international colleagues during a 2 hour live broadcasting.
The experience was enhanced by a custom Christmas design theme, compelling content and innovative engagement tools. Finally, for the company storytelling we used only powerful videos instead of traditional PowerPoint presentations. The flawless event was supported by our technology and planning teams from design to delivery.
