The Kaizen Townhall global event series is an annual employee experience that is proudly recognised and awarded since 2020 in the categories: “Best Event Series & Brand Consistency”,“Employee Engagement” & “Interactive Storytelling”.
For both the 2021 and 2022 Hybrid Editions of the Kaizen Town Hall Global Event Series, we were tasked to maintain its legacy and success. And that's exactly what we did. With close collaboration with our client, we designed and delivered truly immersive and vivid hybrid experiences, under the idea of "from Kaizeners to Kaizeners" at the events forefront.
The "Golden Arrows" Holiday Edition in 2022 was a stunning display of creativity and collaboration, continuing the success of the previous year. Our Oscar-inspired design concept brought together over 1,500 Kaizeners from 12 markets to celebrate a year of milestones. The energy was lively as our dynamic presenters took center at the orange carpet to present 24 awards in a live 2-hour broadcast.
Just one year before, the 2021 Holiday edition was marked by Kaizen’s innovative approach to place, for the first time, their own people at the event forefront. Selected Kaizeners from 8 countries played a key role in the design and delivery of this Town Hall experience. We were honoured to craft with them a one-of-a-kind event where Kaizeners assumed the role of presenters, rehearsed the live flow, and successfully connected with each other and over 1,000 international colleagues, resulting in a truly electrifying atmosphere.
Both experiences were elevated by the custom design concepts, compelling content, and cutting-edge engagement tools, while the storytelling was brought to life through powerful and impactful videos.
