Microsoft invited us to design & deliver a complex, digital experience: the Global "Digital CDO Round Table" that run in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
For 3 months, prominent C-suite Microsoft executives and industry experts met online as part of the initiative to discuss Data & AI challenges.
Our team was in charge of the overall event management as well as: 1) the weekly meeting organization, 2) the work stream for each region's demands, 3) the flawless technical implementation and speaker management at each meeting, 4) the feedback and best practice implementation throughout the project quarter and finally, 5) the evaluation and post-event surveys.
