A Cennected Experience!

Kaizen annual townhall 2025 launched the year with energy, bringing together live and virtual audiences for a truly connected experience. Hosted at the Athens Conservatory, the event welcomed 100 in-person attendees, while 4,000 Kaizeners joined online via live streaming. It featured impactful presentations, live Q&A sessions, and engaging team interactions.

At Event Plus, we crafted the event concept, specially designed branding constructions, and with our trusted partners and experts we ensured flawless execution with cutting-edge audiovisual production, integrating LED wall technology, dynamic lighting, and immersive scenography. A standout moment was the custom-designed game, "Who Wants to Be The Kaizener of the Year"—an interactive challenge that kept participants engaged, entertained, and inspired.

Beyond the excitement, the game also served a greater purpose, helping raise funds for two NGOs. A powerful event, designed and delivered by Event Plus.
