Born to be Dreamers
On Monday, April 29th, Event Plus together with its partners supported Make-A-Wish Greece, in a very different and emotional event; the organization of the "Walk of Wishes", a charity event dedicated to World Wish✨Day.
The setup began in the morning and, as the day progressed, the team’s heartbeats grew stronger. They synchronized as the sun began to set, aligning with Make-A-Wish Greece and the hearts of children 👦👧 who dare to dream.
The Kallimarmaro in Athens and Aristotle Square in Thessaloniki, with the valuable contribution of Event Plus and its partners, were illuminated in the blue 💙 color of Make-A-Wish. Families, participants, and the Make-A-Wish team gathered to support children battling illnesses and their wishes.
The choir set the tone, the presenters brought the energy, and Make-A-Wish lit up on the Parliament building. The blue lanterns of wishes were illuminated, and the walk began. In Athens, Thessaloniki, and many other cities across Greece, a huge blue hug of love filled the streets. It brought hope to children who need to continue dreaming and strength to their families.
We are blessed to have been part of Make-A-Wish's great blue 💙 hug. To have seen the smiles of the children ourselves, to have become dreamers with them. We thank 🙏 our partners who share our values and supported us in this unique event.
