A Sustainable start

“Back to LAMDA” brought 350 employees together for an event focused on connection and purpose. As Lamda Development’s partner in transformation, we delivered one of the company’s first certified carbon-footprint events, creating a strategic baseline to guide next steps on emissions reduction and embed responsible practices across future events.

Hosted at the Ellinikon Experience Park, a landmark of sustainable urban regeneration owned by Lamda Development, thις evening had it all: colleagues reconnecting after summer, photo-op stations, light activations, bold branding and smooth lighting design.

Beyond a memorable employee event, we had a deeper mission: to measure, for the first time, the environmental footprint of a LAMDA corporate meeting. We quantified CO₂e emissions in line with internationally certified standards, implemented on-site recycling, and reduced waste across operations.

The process sparked sustainability awareness across teams and set a clear precedent for what comes next. Events designed with a measurable baseline, practical reductions, and shared responsibility at their core.
