At the forefront of experiential learning, Event Plus, in close collaboration with Papastratos, transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary through the gamified event "Manufacturing of the Future".
To enhance education and training, we designed an interactive journey that aimed to engage employees in a visionary quest through four themed zones - each representing the company’s strategic pillars of Digital Maturity, Competencies, Organization, and Technology.
The gamified activities we have designed were:
VR Technology: Teams navigated a virtual future factory, solving puzzles with VR gear.
Robotics Workshop: Employees tackled a robotics course, gaining coding insights.
Collaborative Helmets: A camera-helmet exercise emphasized tech teamwork.
3D Printing Demo: Live 3D printing demonstrated modern manufacturing techniques.
Beyond gaming, our involvement extended to event branding, custom decorations, and fostering a playful yet insightful ambiance throughout the event.
