Three days of connection, challenge, and growth at Hydra Beach Resort!
As part of Kotsovolos’ Leadership Strategic Away Day, the management team stepped outside the everyday routine and into a dynamic team-building experience filled with customized games, adventures, and meaningful moments of collaboration.
Each activity was designed by our team to strengthen the leadership skills that shape high-performing teams, through: taking ownership and initiative, delivering results that matter, building trust and psychological safety, and collaborating and thinking collectively. At the same time, it focused on creating a culture of ownership and collaboration, learning, unlearning, and innovating in a digital and AI-driven world, developing and empowering others, leading with customer focus, and driving simplicity and clarity.
Through all these custom activities and shared experiences, we created fun, engaging moments that brought people together, encouraged collaboration and strengthened leadership in action.
