At the GASLOG Chairman’s Awards 2025, we brought sea and shore into one room and created a unique, connecting employee experience. Partnering with GasLog’s teams, we designed a seamless conference and engineered a robust hybrid live-streaming setup that connected 20+ vessels across oceans to the Anassa City Events ceremony.

From the early design phase we aimed to maximise the event engagement and turn the venue into a window to the fleet. So we upgraded venue bandwidth, coordinated ship-side connectivity with GasLog’s IT, and built resilient links to safeguard signal quality. A 10×3.5 m LED wall became a dynamic canvas for branding and live connections, while dual production feeds for live interventions and program stream ran under precise show-calling to keep every cue perfectly in sync.

The impact was immediate and inspiring: the Chairman addressed the entire team and joined a panel discussion. A captain spoke live from the Indian Ocean. Crews greeted colleagues, exchanged wishes, and received awards in real time, sharing the same moment as 200 teammates in the hall, creating an unforgettable, united experience.
