Kalamata became the heart of this year’s European Donation Day, as the Hellenic Transplant Organization (EOM), with the Council of Europe, brought the celebration to Greece.
We at Event Plus were honored to design, organize, and run the full event, including conference and program flow, staging and audiovisual setup, as well as cultural activities and audience engagement.
The ceremony at the Kalamata Cultural Center welcomed 400 guests, including esteemed state and government officials and representatives from EOM and the supporting Onassis Foundation. The following day, at the Horizon Blu Hotel, a dedicated conference brought together leading scientists, executives, and stakeholders to present progress and exchange insights. Across the city, the public engaged through a series of open actions: awareness booths, local artistic interventions, interactive activities for families, and a symbolic walk across Kalamata.
