Vibrant, personal, and unmistakably team-driven, adidas employee celebration closed the year on a powerful high note. Envisioned as a celebration of the everyday superstars behind the brand, we designed and delivered the event experience at Disco Vinilio, transforming the night into a fun, high-energy team moment.

Building on adidas’ concept, we created a dynamic environment where recognition met play. An interactive LED dance floor challenge sparked friendly competition and kept the energy elevated throughout the evening. The “Customize Your Tracksuit” station invited guests to add custom patches and on-the-spot stamping, turning apparel into personalized keepsakes. A playful claw machine and photobooth introduced surprise and spontaneity, capturing authentic team moments and amplifying the spirit of celebration.
