An Engagement Journey
OPAP’s “New Values” employee engagement campaign was designed and executed by our teams to connect and activate people across the organization.
The journey began in a vibrant Townhall event featuring presentations, open discussions, and team engagement acts all wrapped in a vibrant atmosphere. Highlights included an innovative self-roaming robot photo booth capturing spontaneous snapshots, and a basketball shooting game that turned play into purpose.
Engagement continued with three themed activations, each aligned with one of the new values, rolled out every three weeks to maintain momentum:
- Inspiring talks by OPAP champions on doing the right thing, sparking shared reflection.
- A game-based “escape room in a box” that challenged teams to think differently, and
- A collective graffiti wall that invited employees to co-create and celebrate teamwork.
The campaign was awarded with a Gold prize in the category “Best Communication of Change or Business Transformation” at the Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Awards 2025.
