For Stoiximan’s Townhall 2026 at Village Cinemas in the Mall, we designed and delivered a fully integrated conference experience for 300 participants, setting the tone for the year ahead.

Branded visual adaptations across printed and digital materials created a cohesive presence throughout the venue. The IMAX auditorium, along with waiting areas and lounges, was carefully decorated to reinforce Stoiximan’s identity and elevate the atmosphere.

Engagement was strengthened through interactive tools, including a live quiz and cord Cloud activation. A dedicated online platform supported the digital pie-cutting and gifts, activated through a structured on-site distribution mechanism.
