PwC Youniverse is a bold employee engagement initiative that transformed corporate behaviors into a lived experience. We designed and created a fully immersive basketball tournament that brought PwC Greece’s professional framework to life through an engaging, inspiring, and dynamic team activity.

We structured the event around six teams, each embodying one of PwC’s core behaviors. Participants stepped into branded locker rooms at OAKA, received personalized kits, and entered a true championship setting, complete with professional referees, official scorekeeping, DJ sets, and a trophy ceremony.

We further elevated the experience by activating the iconic glass floor court at OAKA, the first time it was used by a corporate brand, fully dressed in PwC colors to amplify pride and exclusivity. The presence of Dimitris Diamantidis added powerful symbolism, connecting leadership, discipline, and teamwork from elite sport to corporate culture.
